As far as i understood, there was something with Procs which needed doing, Martin had suggested it was a big job but he would do it. And it never got done, thus killing the XML output. It was the rewrite of QPROC (which, I beleive, Glen was waiting on) as this was needed to be able to 'plug' the xml stuff into it, so as to not have to duplicate anything.
